SME BANK Ltd. provides 24 hours, 7 days a week ATM & POS services to its customers. Here are some useful information and tips to use your Card at ATM machine.
- Insert Your Debit Card: Insert your Card in the slot with the pointing arrow. The screen will prompt you for a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Enter Your PIN: ATM will process your transaction only if the correct PIN is keyed in. Incase of wrong PIN keyed, the ATM will prompt you with a retry message. Incase of 3 incorrect PIN entries, Card will be marked as warm. Goto card status change section
- Select the Desired Option from the Main Menu
For Cash Withdrawal
Step1: Select the account type from the account type screen.
Step2: Enter the desired amount.
Step3: Choose YES to get a receipt of your transaction. If not required, press No.
Step4: Take your Card out of the Card Slot in order to receive the cash.
Step5: Take the cash out from the cash slot
For Balance Inquiry
Step1: Select the account type from the account type screen.
Step2: Select this option to know the balance of your account.
Step3: Choose YES to get a receipt of transaction. If not required, press No
Note: Obtaining transaction receipt will be charged.
SME Bank’s customers can activate their Debit Cards, change their status as well as generated/change their PINs through 24×7 Toll Free No. by adopting following Procedure:
For Card Activation
Step1: Dial SME Bank’s Toll-Free No: 0800-00888, from your registered telephone No.
Step2: Select 1 for Urdu; 2 for English.
Step3: Provide verification Information for card activation on successful verification card shall be activated.
Step4: Enter 4 digit PIN of your choice, when asked.
Step5: Renter the PIN, when asked.
Step6: Your new PIN has been generated for use.
For PIN Change & Reset
Step1: Dial SME Bank’s Toll-Free No: 0800-00888, from your register telephone No.
Step2: Select 1 for Urdu; 2 for English.
Step3: Provide verification Information.
Step4: In case of PIN change enter existing PIN when prompted (otherwise skip this step)
Step5: Enter 4 digit PIN of your choice, when asked.
Step6: Renter the PIN, when asked.
Step7: Your new PIN has been generated for use.
For Card Status Change
Step1: Dial SME Bank’s Toll-Free No: 0800-00888
Step2: Select 1 for Urdu; 2 for English.
Step3: Provide verification Information.
Step4: Request for changing card status as desired (WARM: Temporary Blocking or COLD: (Restore from warm).
*It is recommended to change your PIN frequently.
Bank never ask to share your PIN with bank through any communication channel.
